500gr pumpkin
75gr fresh fish fillet
75gr fresh shrimp
75gr fresh scallop
2ltr of fish stock
Salt, pepper


Remove the pumpkin skin
Cut the pumpkin into big cubes
Bring the fish stock to a boil, add the pumpkin cubes
Simmer the pumpkin in the stock for about 30 minutes
Add the seafood and cook until the seafood is cooked
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
