A packet of Turkish, pastry sheets
4 yellow potatoes, boiled, mashed
1 onion, diced finely
 1 small cup of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Black Pepper
cooking oil to fry





In a medium pan, cook the onion with olive oil. Add in mashed potatoes and the rest of the filling ingredients, then mix.Place one triangle pastry sheet on a flat surface. Put some filling on the wide side of each sheet. Fold the sides inside and roll till the end. Stick the point of the triangles with water. When you are done with all, fry them until golden brown.You make the choice of other fillings, will work wonders. Enjoy
