5  potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
6 fresh, thin green sweet chillies
3 tomatoes, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
1 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt, pepper

For meatball
1 kilo  lamb or beef mince
1  onion, grated
Handful parsley, chopped
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoon bread crumbs
Salt, pepper
A dash of thyme


In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients of meatball and knead it well. Cover wit plastic wrap,
and let it sit in the fridge at least a few hours. Whisk pepper paste, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup olive oil,
salt, and pepper together until well combined. Set aside.Grease a baking dish with cooking oil.
Place potato slices evenly as layers. Make medium size meatballs and place them on potato slices.
Clean green sweet chillies and discard the seeds. Cut them into a few pieces and place them on with,
tomato slices. Pour pepper paste mixture on top of the dish evenly. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in, 220 degrees pre-heated oven until potatoes are nice and soft. Enjoy
