Ingredients
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp dry active yeast
½ cup warm water
½ cup warm milk
½ cup cooking oil
1 egg, separated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100g margarine, melted
1 cup black olive paste
Sesame and nigella seeds

Directions
Get a medium mixing bowl, combine; flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast. Add liquid ingredients,
egg white, water, milk, cooking oil and knead until you’ll get elastic and smooth dough.
In a warm place, let the dough rise about double size for an hour. Divide the dough into,
small balls as big as a ping-pong ball. Roll each ball as thin as you can. Brush the surface,
with melted butter or margarine. Spread olive paste and roll tightly and give it braid shape.
Place it on a lightly greased cookie sheet or baking sheet. Enjoy Finish the remaining of the,
balls like that. Whisk egg yolk with 1 tbsp olive oil and brush the tops with egg yolk, sprinkle,
some sesame seed and nigella seed on top. Bake in preheated 190c until golden brown. Enjoy
