Ingredients
1 canned chickpeas, drained
Half a cup Tahini
3 tablespoonsOlive oil
1 tablespoons of yogurt
A pinch of salt
1 lemon juice
Half a teaspoon cumin powder
Preparation
Peel the skins of chickpeas and place all ingredients in food processor. Process it until smooth, scraping the sides occasionally. I used olive oil and red crashed pepper mixture and parsley as garnish. You can serve with pita wedges or crackers.
