2 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
Halfcup granulated sugar
1 lemon zest
Half cup lemon juice
Half stick margarine
Quater cup cooking oil
1 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 170c degrees. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat them a few minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat a few minutes more. Add lemon juice, vanilla, lemon zest, margarine and oil. Stir to combine.Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Fold flour mixture to the egg mixture. Stir with a spatula. Grease your cake pan and pour the batter in it. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Enjoy
