Ingredients
5 jew fish fillets
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/3 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Grill,Bake,or Deep fry
Heat oil Coat fish with flour, breadcrumbs fry until golden brown.
Preheat oven to 220c Place fish in oiled baking dish, season to taste. Bake for 10 -15 minutes-until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Pre-heat grill, season with salt and pepper. Turn after 8-12 minutes. Continue to grill-until fish fillets golden brown. Enjoy
