1 kg of all purpose flour
2 cups of milk
1 cup of canola oil
1 cup of yogurt
half a cup raw sugar
1 tsp salt 2 tsp dry yeast
2 eggs, yolks and whites separeted

Ingredients need to be in room temperature. In order to do that, put them out of the fridge,
one hour before starting to knead the dough. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but egg,
yolks evenly and knead the dough until elastic. Divide the dough into ping pong size balls and,
grab 3 of them at a time to make braid shape. Roll each ball into a string and braid 3 of them.
Finish all the balls like that.When you are done braiding dough, place them on a lightly greased,
baking tray. Let sit the tray in a warm place to raise the pastry double its size.Brush them with eggyolk. Bake in 180c pre-heated for about 35-40 mins, or until golden color. Enjoy
