 Ingredients
1 egg white, (keep the yolk to brush top)
1 cup of vegtable oil
2 spoons of yogurt
1 tsp salt
2 tsp of dry yeast
500gr all purpose flour


Feta cheese filling
rumbled feta cheese
1 bunch of green onions
half a bunch of chopped parsley
Please make sure, to take fetta cheese,out of water few hours before preparation..?


Preparation
To make cheese filling, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and finely choped,
green onions in a medium mixing bowl.Combine all ingredients of dough and gradually add,
flour and have a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Grab some dough big as golf ball.
Roll it in oval shape. Spread the filling and fold the edges as you see in the picture.
Place them on lightly greased cookie sheet, brush their tops with egg yolk and bake in preheated,
220c  oven for about 25- 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy
