2 cups warm water
600gr of white flour
1 and ½ tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dry yeast

  For topping
5 zucchini peeled and diced
2 onion finely chopped
half a bunch parsley finely chopped
Salt, pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pepper paste


1.We need to prepare zucchini first. Oil the medium pan and sauté chopped onion until lightly brown add pepper paste stir to combine. Add diced zucchini, salt and pepper. Mix them evenly. When zucchini is tender, add chopped parsley and turn the heat off. Set aside to cool down. Meanwhile, to make a soft pide like dough, get a bowl put in,flour yeast and salt, mix with hands,get to a dough shape cover with a cloth and put a side for 30 mins raise.
2.Cut the dough into small size like, and roll them one by one. Roll each one oval shape 6 inches in diameter. Spread 2 tbsp zucchini mixture and place greased baking sheet. Finish remaining dough and zucchini filling or topping by repeating the process.
3.Bake them in 220c pre heated oven for about 30 minutes. If you don’t want to struggle with dough as pieces, you may prepare as a whole like pizza. To make it, cut the dough into 2 and roll them according to your circle pizza pan size. Spread zucchini topping on dough and bake it like that. Then cut into small squares and serve,hot...warm. Enjoy
