Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breast, boneless
3 red chilli peppers, roasted
10 baby dill pickle, diced
A handful of fresh dill, chopped
A handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Preperation
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately. If you cant finish it, put in a tight lid container and fridge for later,
good on sandwiches. Enjoy
