1 cup frozen homemade egg noodle
1 cup boiled lentil
½ cup Can chickpeas
1 big onion chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry mint
1 tbsp pepper paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
6 cups water


Put 2 tbsp olive oil in a dutch pan, add chopped onion and sauté them for 5 minutes.
Add pepper and tomato paste and stir to combine. Pour water slowly and let it comes to boil for a while. Add egg noodles, let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle salt, pepper. Add chickpeas, lentil and stir to combine. Simmer it for 5 minutes more and turn the heat off. In another small sauce pan, melt the butter and add mint, drizzle it over the soup. Serve hot. Enjoy
