  İngredients
2 cans boiled chick peas rinsed and well drained
1 lb chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1 fresh red bell pepper or roasted red pepper, diced
½ bunch fresh parsley, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon juice
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika or chili powder
Salt, black pepper

 

 


 
Preparation
Combine cumin and chili powder in a plastic bag Add chicken and shake to coat .Over medium,
heat, heat up 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink,
stirring frequently. Take off heat, set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients except pita pockets,
mixing well. Stir in chicken You can make it even easier just like I did. Can of oiled chickpeas, already cooked,
and shredded chicken, diced red bell pepper and the spices like salt, pepper, paprika, cumin in a medium mixing bowl.
Add chopped parsley and green onions. Stir oil, and lemon juice in. Mix it well with a spoon. Enjoy
