Ingredients
3 carrots
5-6 sivribiber
2-3 whole garlic
5-6 green tomatoes
2/3 red tomatoes
a small cabbage
celery stalk and leaves
half a bunch parsley
1 tea cup rock salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice,salt
1 tablespoon sugar
half a cup of vinegar
1 aspirin
2 spoons of olive oil
Preparation
Wash the vegetables to extract, stab the vegetables with a knife,or a fork place,
them in to the jar Place the garlic, carrots, green tomatoes, green pepper and,
cabbage, parsley and, the celery stalks and leaves, and red tomatoes stacked in the jar.
Add salt to the pickles and put in the boiled and cooled water. Put the Citric acid into the water,
vinegar, sugar, and mix and add aspirin. Pour the water into the jar. Add a 2 spoon of oil to the,
top of the water and wait 10/12 days. Enjoy
