  Ingredients
1 kg sugar beetroot
4 cloves garlic
2 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Water

 

Preparation
Get your beetroots, Then add 1 cup of vinegar to it, add sugar and salt
Also put two cloves of garlic and cook for half an hour by adding a little water
Then peel and chop. Add beetroot into a jar add remaining vinegar and garlic
By adding boiling water to cover over. 1 week later your beetroots are ready to eat. Enjoy
