Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 liter milk
1 egg yolk
Vanilla
100 g butter
10 dried apricots
100 g almonds
1 cup sugar
Preparation
Remove the core of apricots and boil.
Now add Milk, flour, sugar, egg yolk and cook and mix
Add oil and vanilla on diluted Sugar in a glass tray and then
add all the apricot and almond.Add the custard when ready, place in fridge over night
Turn the pudding the over the next day you may sprinkle choice of crushed nuts
