Ingredients
1kg fresh sardines cleaned and rinsed
2-3 cloves minced garlic
black pepper
paprika
cumin powder
4-5 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 lemon juice,salt
flat-leaf parsley leaves
lemon slices
green salad
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add sardines and set aside in refrigerator for a few hours for marination. Place sardines in a greased baking dish. Cook it in 220c pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with green salad, parsley leaves and lemon slices. Enjoy
