Ingredients
3kg jar
2kg fresh green beans
4 pieces of green pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 cup rock salt
4 cups water
1 tea cup vinegar
Preparation
Wash beans and extract. Add alittle water and cook without making the beans go soft, drain and cool water.Place some of the beans into the jar first . add 1 clove garlic 1 green pepper. Place the beans again ontop . add materials in this order till finished.
4 cups of boiled and cooled water to that add 1 cup of the rock salt in to melt. mix in 1 tea cup vinegar. Pour this mixture on the prepared pickles.Weigh down the beans with something heavy inside preventing the beans rising up. Tightly close the lid of the jar, then wait 15-20 days. Enjoy
