Ingredients
3-4 kg green tomatoes
2-3 celery branch
1 head of garlic
1 lemon
1 bunch fresh dill
2-3 bay leaves
1-2 pieces long green pepper
Sufficiently refined salt and drinking water

Preparation
Wash tomatoes and with a needle place 2-3 holes on  top of the tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes in a jar without losing any time. Between the tomatoes place  the dill, lemon slices, garlic, pepper, and bay leaves.Once the brine is placed, close the top of the container. Leave in Room temperature to sour. From time to time accumulated white foam on top should  be removed with a spoon and thrown away . Enjoy
