Ingredients
300gr Green Tiger Prawns
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, mashed with salt
4 canned tomatoes. peeled, diced
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp peppercorn
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Saute the onion with butter for about 5 minutes,add the garlic, tomato, sugar, basil, parsley, bay leaf and peppercorn.Cover the lid, turn the heat to low cook for about 20-25 minutes until the sauce gets thickerAdd the prawns, salt and pepper. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes remove the bayleaf and discard it Serve Green Tiger Prawn Saute with Tomatos or Rice. Enjoy
