Ingredients
2 large onions, cut in very small,wedges
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 eggs,pepper
Preparation
Sautee the onions with olive oil in large frying pan, break the eggs in and cover with the lid. Cook on low heat until the egg white is cooked. Serve this dish while still hot with bread on the side. Great for breakfast. Enjoy
