Ingredients
4 cups of grated carrot
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (Your Choice)
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet and add grated carrots. Stir until carrots are wilted.
Put carrots in a bowl with yogurt, garlic, dill, and salt. Mix well.
Great side salad with kebabs or any meats prefered. or even just on a beautiful crusty bread topped with this lovely dip.
