Ingredients
2 kilo apricot
2 kilo sugar
Directions
Wash apricots and discard the seeds out. Put apricots in food processor and chop that up. Pour in a medium pot and sprinkle sugar on. Put the lid on and let sit in room temperature till morning.
Put pot over Medium heat. Stir frequently until the sugar dissolves. After it comes to boil, turn the heat to medium high and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Turn the heat off and let it cool down. Enjoy
