Ingredients
1 cup artichoke hearts
1 red onion sliced
1 tomato diced or cherry tomatoes halves
1 cucumber sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup kalamata olives or black olives
Salt
Pepper
Dried oregano
Olive oil
Preparation
Drain artichoke hearts and cut into half. Add sliced onions, tomatoes, cucumber, crumbled feta cheese and black olives. Season with salt and pepper, olive oil, dried oregano. Toss to combine and serve in a plate. Enjoy
