Ingredients
2 cups white rice
2 pieces of breast
300gr chickpeas
3 cups chicken stock
Salt
3 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation
soak chickpeas, overnight, And cook them 2 hours before
Wash and rinse rice. Oil the pan and heat on medium high heat add, rinsed rice and cooked chickpeas, roast it until nice and dry. Pour chicken broth and the chicken peaces, stir with a spoon and add some salt if needed
Cover the lid and bring it to boil on low heat until rice soaks all chicken broth. Turn the heat off and place a paper towel over rice and under the lid. Let rest for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy 

This is 1 of Turkeys national dishes, and its very yummy..... :)
