1 ½ cup jasmine rice
2  ½ cups chicken broth
1 can 500gr carrots and peas,or can of mixed,vegetables
4 tbsp Cooking oil,salt


Rinse and drain the rice , oil the pot and add rice, stir and roast it until rice get dry. Add drained canned carrots and peas mixture in rice. Stir to combine. Pour chicken broth or ot water, cover and cook until nice and flufy. Turn the heat off and let rest for 30 minutes until cooked. Enjoy
