Ingredients
1kg green,tiger prawns (peeled
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt or more to taste
A pinch of basil, a pinch of dill,for garnish
Apinch of oregano
Preperation
Melt the butter in a skillet and add boiled shrimp, salt and garlic, over medium heat sauté
them for about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle some basil and drizzle lemon juice on top, serve hot. Enjoy
