1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp flour
1 lb broccoli
4 cups chicken broth
500gr breast chicken (Cooked and cut into cubes
1 cup milk
salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese

Saute onions with canola oil over medium heat for 2 minutes, stir in flour and cook stirring,
constantly for 2-3 minutes. Then, add chicken broth and milk, bring to a boil.
Meanwhile wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Add into the chicken broth.
Simmer for about 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chicken and simmer for 2-3,
minutes. Stir in cheddar cheese and serve hot. Enjoy
