1 kg natural plain, yoghurt
4 large lebanese, cucumbers
1/2 glass water
1 table spoon of dried, mint
3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons, olive oil

Peel and cut the cucumber into four, dice the cucumbers, put the cucumbers in a bowl.
Bash or dice  the garlic cloves and, while whipping the yoghurt with a fork or whisk, pour,
in 1/2 glass of water gradually and mix with yoghurt add the salt. Add the cucumbers and,
garlic to the yoghurt mix well. Drizzle the olive oil on top, then sprinkle the dry and fresh, mint over,
the top, you can also use dil . Enjoy
