1kg cauliflower

  For Batter
2 eggs
2 tbsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley
2 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp semolina
5 tbsp yogurt
Black pepper
Red paprika
Oil for cooking


To prepare cauliflower, cut it into but sized florets. Wash and cook that in salted boiling,
water until tender just like pasta. Let cool and drain in a colander. Meanwhile to prepare,
the batter, in a medium glass bowl, whisk egg, yogurt and oil together; add the rest of the,
ingredients and stir well. Dip the cauliflower florets one by one in batter by shaking the,
excessive batter. Immediately fry until golden brown into deep fryer. Place them on a platter,
and serve warm with garlic flavored yogurt. Enjoy
