Ingredients
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 cup oil (corn, sunflower or olive oil)
50gr soft butter
2 tsp dry yeast
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
5 cups of flour
2 eggs, whites and yolks seperated
For Top
egg yolks
Sesame seed,black
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine lukelike warm milk, sugar and yeast together. Stir oil, butter, salt,
egg whites in milk mixture and gradually add flour . Knead that evenly for 10 minutes and let it rise for,
a few hours in a warm place to be smooth, silky and fluffy dough. Grab 2 pieces at a time dough,
approximately as big as a golf ball. Give them thin and long shape like a snake by rolling. Twist them together, and stick the edges together to make them round like ring. Beat egg yolks and brush bagels with that. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds if you like. I didn't use this time but it depence on you.Place them in a lightly greased cookie sheet and pop them to 220c deegres pre-heated oven for 25 minutes,or until golden brown. Enjoy
